Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched with Australia Post. Where it offers a faster or more reliable service, we may use a trusted courier.

Estimated delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 2–8 business days. Please allow a little longer for Western Australia and some regional and remote areas.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Returns

We offer one free return or exchange on all covers provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage on any further orders may apply.

Due to the nature of our packaging, open beds cannot be returned. If your bed is still sealed in its original box, we can arrange a return within 14 days of delivery.

Can I use the cover on different bed types or brands of beds?

Yes, that's one of the great things about our covers. They're made to be flexible and work with most standard dog beds, even those from other brands. As long as the size is similar to our dimensions, you should be good to go.

Are the linen covers suitable for large or strong breeds?

Our linen covers are designed for comfort and style. They’re soft, breathable, and beautifully textured, making them perfect for relaxed loungers and dogs who have skin sensitivities or just love the feel softness on their skin.

However, our linen is a more delicate fabric (similar to a linen shirt), so it may not be the best fit for dogs that love to dig, scratch, or nest aggressively. For those more active pups, we recommend any one of our other covers which are better suited to daily rough and tumble.

Do the covers work on round beds?

While our fitted design is best suited to rectangular and oval beds, many customers use our covers on round beds with great results - see the video on our home page showing our covers on a round bed. If your bed is a unique shape, we recommend comparing your measurements to our size guide to get the best fit.

How often should I wash the covers?

That’s totally up to you! The covers have been tested thoroughly and can withstand wash after wash. If you wash frequently, having a spare on hand can help with rotating the covers or after messy days (think beach visits or muddy paws). They're made for real life and can handle frequent washing.

Our linen covers can also be ironed when required.
