Returns Policy

We want you (and your dog) to absolutely love your Coverly purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Covers

  • We accept returns on all covers, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
  • Your first return or exchange is completely free — we’ll cover the shipping for you.
  • For any subsequent returns or exchanges, standard shipping costs may apply.

Beds

  • We accept returns on beds only if they are still in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of the packaging, we’re unable to accept returns on beds that have been opened.
  • Faulty Products

If your cover arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request details and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
