The Coverly is an Australian business offering high-quality dog bed covers, beds, and accessories. Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on your location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@thecoverly.com.au. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We honour one free return or exhange on cover, any further returns or exchanges may be declined or subject to shipping costs. 

For hygiene reasons, beds and covers that have been used or cannot be returned.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or size may occur. If you believe a product is not as described, please contact us.
